Customers often ask, when is a good time to book party rentals? My response is at least 30 days in advance. June and July are extremely busy. It is a great idea to gather as much information as possible about your party; The number of guests, types of food, how long is the event and where is the event mostly outside/inside (party flow)? This will help you determine the best rental equipment needed for your party. I always remind them, 100 guests. Okay, will 100 be sitting down all at once yes/no?
